Terms of use

These terms are between you and Lukla Logic LLC ("we") and cover the Today's Outfit app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app; if these terms and Apple's conflict, Apple's apply.

Using the app

You may use the app for your own personal use. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Only upload photos of people with their consent: your own photo, or someone else's with their permission. Don't use the app to break the law or to try to get at other people's data.

Your content

Your photos and wardrobe stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. Deleting your account deletes them.

Suggestions and previews

Outfit suggestions, tags and previews are made by software, including AI, and can be wrong. A preview is an illustration, not an exact picture of how clothes will fit.

Availability

We work to keep the app running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give notice in the app first.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
