Privacy policy

Today's Outfit is made by Lukla Logic LLC ("we"). This policy covers the Today's Outfit iPhone app and this website. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use tracking or analytics SDKs.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. We store the identifier Apple gives us for you, and your email address if you choose to share it with us. The app keeps a sign-in token in your phone's Keychain.
Your wardrobe and photos
Photos of your clothes, the tags on each item, the outfits you're shown, which ones you liked or wore, and your settings are stored on our servers so the app can show them to you. If you add a photo of yourself for outfit previews, it's stored the same way. All of this is private to your account: the app fetches each photo through a short-lived link only you get.
When you take or pick a photo of clothing, the app removes the background on your phone before upload when it can; if it can't, the whole photo is uploaded. If you add an item from a store's product link, our server fetches that product page and its image, and stores the link and product name with the item.
AI processing
Tagging and choosing outfits. If you allow it (the app asks before the first time), photos of items you add (with the product name, for items from a product link), descriptions of your clothes, and today's plans are sent to Anthropic's Claude to tag items and choose outfits. You can turn this off anytime in Profile and tag items yourself.
Outfit previews. Previews of you wearing an outfit are made from your photo and the outfit's item photos. They're made by our own preview service, or, where the app names Google Gemini before you agree, by Google. The app asks before your photo is used for this.
We send data to these providers only to get the result back. How they handle it is governed by their API terms.
Location and weather
If you allow location access, your phone uses your location only to look up today's forecast from Open-Meteo. You can type a city or a temperature instead.
Calendar
If you allow calendar access, the app reads today's events on your phone to work out what kind of day it is (for example work, a party, the gym). When it asks for outfits, it sends up to 10 of today's event titles, each shortened to 40 characters, and never attendees, notes or locations. If AI is on, they're passed to Claude to help choose outfits. They aren't saved.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Profile and choose Delete account and all data. This deletes all your photos, then your account and everything in it, from our servers. Removing your photo of yourself deletes it, and the previews made from it, right away. Removing an item hides it from your wardrobe; it's deleted with the rest of your data when you delete your account.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist on this website, we store your email address and when you signed up. We use it only to send one email when the app is on the App Store. Each signup also sends a notice with the address to our support inbox. To be removed, email support@luklalogic.ai and we'll delete it from the list and from that inbox.
This website
This site sets no cookies of its own and has no analytics or third-party scripts. It's hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests (such as IP addresses) to serve it.
Children
Today's Outfit isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
